During a 2-hour session Esma Choho unveils her intrinsic analysis of the challenges and problems that are the domain of executive leaders. A discerning presentation speckled with humor and reflection, by a woman with over 20 years' experience in the field of personal development and behavioral change. Esma uses stories and anecdotes taken from current affairs and her own professional experience, to shed new light and place a fresh angle on the concepts of leadership, freedom and responsibility.

Format

A lecture of 1½ to 2 hours, with a minimum of 18 participants at a location of your choice. The lecture also forms an ideal inspirational intermission during your management strategy meeting, kick-off meeting, reception, Christmas or New Year gathering. As a breakfast session for a small group, or as a plenary session for the entire staff. The lecture can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Costs

The fee per person, based on a minimum of 18 participants, is 275 euro excluding VAT. This includes preparation, materials, travel expenses and book. Fees for customized lectures or smaller groups start from 5,000 euro excluding VAT.
Esma can also combine the lecture as part of a seminar or other public event. Please contact us for an exact quotation.
